St. Peter-Ording
St. Peter-Ording is 35 km away from the holiday apartment and can be reached in 30 minutes. It is a small town in Nordfriesland. It is the only German spa with a sulphur spring and can call itself North Sea Health and Sulphur Spa.
The sandy beaches of St. Peter-Ording are 12 km long and up to 2 km wide. There’s always room for visitors and the very lazy ones may even park directly on the beach, which is always quite an adventure. St. Peter-Ording is sometimes called Germany’s largest sand pit.
