Westerhever Lighthouse<\/h1>\n

The Westerheve Lighthouse is 38 kilometres away from the apartment and can be reached in 40 minutes.<\/p>\n

The lighthouse is inmidst salt marshes and was erected in 1906. It is 41 m high and visitors can climb up 9 floors. The \u2018fire\u2019 at the top has been burning since 1908. After climbing up 157 steps, visitors can enjoy a wonderful view over Eiderstedt, the islands and the Halligs.<\/p>\n

Since 2001, the lighthouse can be visited in guided tours. The tours are led by experts.<\/p>\n

Tickets and bookings for guided tours are available at the \u2018Info-Hus\u2019 in the parking lot.<\/p>\n
