Peninsular Nordstrand

The peninsular Nordstrand is ca.43 km away from the holiday apartments and can be reached within 45 minutes.

Nordstrand is often called ‘the green heart of the Wadden Sea’ and lies inmidst the unique world of the Hallig islands. It is surrounded by an evergreen North Sea dyke which connects it to the main land. It can be reached by car anytime.

Beltringharder Koog

This is a paradise for all current or future lovers of nature. Covering an area of 3.350 hectares, it is the largest nature reserve in Schleswig Holstein. Before it was dyked, this was one of the last deep bays in the Wadden Sea. A station for nature conservation and a Natural History museum are looking after this large coastal nature reserve.

Boat trips

A variety of boats take you into the beautiful world of the Hallig Islands. The trips get you close to sights like Germany’s highest light house. Amongst other things, there also pirate adventure trips available.

Drive in horse-drawn carriage

A drive through the Wadden Seat to Hallig Südfall in a horse-drawn carriage is very special. The Hallig Südfall is in a protected area in the national park and can be reached either per carriage or on foot. Never go without a registered guide! Hallig Südfall was put under conservation in 1959.
